General Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. All parcels are insured.

Please note all items must be signed for and delivery times are to be taken as guides only. All orders are packed in Queen’s Wood Studio boxes, free of charge.

Please allow an order processing time of 1 to 2 days, and 3 to 6 working days for delivery.

Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

Queen’s Wood Studio is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance during the delivery process, or any additional customs and VAT that may be charged by local custom authorities.
